The first child born to the Muhajirun in Medina in Islam was Abdullah ibn Al-Zubayr. As for the first child born to the Muhajirun before the Hijra to Medina, it was Abdullah ibn Ja'far in Abyssinia. And for the Ansar in Medina, their first child born after the Hijra was Maslamah ibn Mukhallad, and it is also said Al-Nu'man ibn Bashir.
