What is the ruling on repaying a loan of 7,000 Saudi riyals to a sponsor who deducted 6,000 riyals from the salary, and with whom a labor contract was signed under unjust conditions that one is not pleased with?

Whoever enters into an agreement and accepts its duration and remuneration is obligated to adhere to it, based on the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "Muslims are bound by their stipulations," and Allah's (SWT) saying: "O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts." If the stipulated amount is not due except upon completion of the contract's term, then it is not due if the term is not completed, and he must return what he borrowed. Disagreement with some conditions after signing them without coercion is not considered valid. What some people claim regarding taking money because someone like him earned more is forbidden. If he claims a right, he can resort to the judiciary to prove it, and it is not permissible to seize people's money merely based on a claim.
