Am I sinful if a woman places her perfumed clothes on top of mine, and I find the scent of perfume on my clothes, and I find no other clothes, so I wear them and go out in them?

A woman going out perfumed is not permissible if she passes by men such that they find her scent. However, if she goes out to a place where she does not pass by men, then it is not forbidden for her to wear perfume. Nevertheless, it is preferable for her to avoid perfuming herself when going out. If perfume clings to her clothes, she must wash it off before going out. If she is ignorant or unable to do so, we hope there will be no sin upon her.
