Is water splashed on walls considered impure after using it to cleanse impurities? Is it obligatory to wash the walls after bathing? Does excessive talking during ghusl invalidate it?

1. Water splashed on walls, if its impurity is not known with certainty, is pure, and the walls it touched are pure and do not need to be washed.

2. Speaking during ghusl (ritual bath) is permissible and does not affect the validity of the ghusl from janabah (major ritual impurity), even if it is prolonged, because performing ghusl in immediate succession (al-muwalat) is a Sunnah according to the majority of scholars, and not obligatory.

It is advisable to stay away from obsessive thoughts (waswas).
