Is it permissible to use the yarghul and mijwiz in the dabke, given that they are wind instruments composed of two connected reeds?

Dabke is permissible on Eids and at celebrations under certain conditions: it must be free of mixing between genders and music, it must not include any forbidden elements, and it must not be excessive to the point of compromising one's dignity. It is permissible to use the tambourine (daf) in it, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "The distinction between lawful and unlawful is the tambourine and the voice in marriage." As for the "yarghul" and "mijwez," their appearance suggests they are among the forbidden wind instruments, due to the hadith narrated by Anas, raised to the Prophet: "Two voices are cursed in this world and the Hereafter: a wind instrument at a blessing and wailing at a calamity." Therefore, dabke should be limited to tambourines, and wind instruments, gender mixing, and all other forbidden things must be avoided, as well as excessive performance.
