Is it permissible to describe Allah with coldness or heat, and what is meant by "the coolness of His fingertips" mentioned in the Hadith about the dispute of the Exalted Assembly?

What is mentioned in the hadith about the dispute of the Exalted Assembly is a dream, and from it, no attribute of Allah can be established, nor that the "hand" of Allah has a specific size, because a dream is a metaphorical representation. Seeing Allah in a dream is possible, but what the dreamer sees is not the reality, because Allah is not seen in His true reality except in the Hereafter. And He, glorified be He, says: ﴿There is nothing like unto Him, and He is the Hearing, the Seeing.﴾ As for "the coolness of the fingertips," it expresses what the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, found of the descent of mercy and knowledge upon his heart.
