What is the Sharīʿah ruling concerning a wife who repeatedly commits marital infidelity via social media, then stipulates an independent residence far from her husband's family after her infidelity is discovered? And does she have the right to refuse to travel with her husband to his country? And is the husband obligated to provide her with an independent residence in her home country?

The relationship between a wife and a young man is forbidden. If she does not repent, then separation is obligatory. Her leaving the house without her husband's permission is an act of defiance (nushooz). A wife has the right to a dwelling independent of her husband's family, and she is not obligated to live with them unless the dwelling is independent with its own facilities, even if she knew this before marriage. It is permissible for the dwelling to be rented. The husband may move his wife to his country unless there is a legitimate excuse that prevents it. Both spouses must foster understanding and respect, and wise individuals should intervene to facilitate reconciliation.
