Does a divorce occur by saying, "You are divorced, and every time you become lawful to me, you are divorced," for the first time?

If a man says to his wife: "You are divorced, and every time you become lawful for me, you are divorced," then one divorce occurs. If he takes her back during her waiting period ('iddah (definition)), a second and third divorce occur, and she becomes irrevocably divorced from him (baynunah kubra). However, if he does not take her back after the first divorce until her 'iddah expires, then she becomes revocably divorced from him (baynunah sughra), and he is permitted to marry her again with a new contract and a new dowry. No second divorce occurs for her because the contingency was tied to the previous marriage.
