Is it permissible for a woman's son to marry the younger sister of his niece, whom his mother breastfed?

The marriage of a woman's son to his maternal uncle's daughter, with whom he did not share suckling, is permissible. This is confirmed by the general meaning of Allah's Almighty saying after mentioning the women prohibited by lineage, suckling, and affinity: ﴿And lawful for you are [all others] besides these.﴾
