The answer

It is permissible to swear by Allah Almighty for someone who is driven by strong faith and trust in Allah, not by arrogance or self-admiration, as stated in the : "Indeed, among the servants of Allah are those who, if they were to swear by Allah, He would fulfill their oath."

Swearing by Allah is divided into two types: 1. Permissible: If it stems from complete trust in Allah while acknowledging human weakness, an example of which is the oath of Anas ibn al-Nadr. 2. Forbidden: If it is driven by arrogance and self-admiration, such as saying, "By Allah, Allah will not forgive so-and-so," which could nullify one's deeds.

It is better to avoid swearing by Allah unless absolutely necessary and to be free from self-praise.
