Is it permissible to use the method of swearing as a means to overcome laziness and non-compliance with life's duties, after other methods have failed?

Swearing by Allah Almighty is permissible. However, excessive swearing is disliked, as Allah Almighty says: (And do not obey every [habitual] swearer, contemptible [to Allah]). If you swear an oath and then break it, expiation becomes obligatory. If multiple oaths are taken regarding a single matter before breaking them, only one expiation is required. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, swore many times and sometimes repeated a single oath three times.
