Is it permissible to frequently swear by Allah daily to accomplish a recurring task, if swearing is the only motivation for it?

Excessive swearing is reprehensible and disliked by scholars, based on the Almighty's saying: "And do not obey every [habitual] swearer, a disdained one" and "And do not make [your oath by] Allah an excuse against being righteous." It is better to accustom oneself to doing what is necessary without excessive swearing. If swearing becomes frequent, it is not forbidden but disliked, and expiation is required in case of breaking an oath.
