Is it permissible to describe the Prophet, upon his departure from Mecca on the day of the Hijra, as "condemned and vanquished"?

Describing the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, as "reprehensible and banished" is a great lie and an enormous evil, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, did not leave Mecca as one expelled, but rather he emigrated, and Allah Almighty granted him victory. Furthermore, it was the disbelievers who caused his departure through their persecution and harm against him, and it was not he who departed as one reprehensible or banished. This description has been associated with Iblis and the people of Hell in the Holy Quran, which makes it abhorrent and heinous if used to describe the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Jurists have prohibited everything that suggests disparagement or diminishing his status, peace and blessings be upon him, and the matter may reach the point of execution for anyone who intentionally does so. Whoever uses this expression must repent and apologize, and beware of insisting on it.
