We advise using the lawful Ruqyah for the couple. Divorce is the husband's right and does not require a request for separation. It is better to be patient if a cure is hoped for. The wife is considered to have been consummated with and is entitled to the full Mahr if divorced. The husband can demand Khul' from the wife if she refuses to go to his house.
