There are no specific Quranic verses dedicated to separating a person from a friend to whom they are attached with a lustful and infatuated love. However, one can supplicate to Allah through prayer and righteous deeds. Whoever falls into this tribulation must be wary of their friend and gradually distance themselves, pretending to be preoccupied with other matters until the problem lessens and fades away. They must also take the necessary measures to protect themselves.
