What is the ruling on designs and flash animations that contain Quranic verses or Prophetic traditions, with the aim of inviting people to Allah and avoiding offensive designs?

It is permissible to design panels that include Qur’anic verses for the purpose of da‘wah (inviting to Islam) and remembrance, and there is no harm in that, due to the weak or non-existent probability of them being disrespected. This differs from what the majority of jurists disliked, namely writing the Qur’an on walls or curtains, out of fear of it being disgraced. Caution must be exercised to avoid hanging these panels in places of amusement and disobedience.
