Is it permissible for someone afflicted with a spiritual illness after performing remembrances (adhkar) and supplications (du'a) not to perform an obligatory duty (fard muta'ayyin) that is incumbent upon them, and instead delegate someone else to perform it, or to substitute the performance of the obligatory duty with the performance of remembrances, supplications, and prayers?

"Servants do not draw nearer to Allah with anything more beloved to Him than what He has obligated upon them. The effect of obligatory acts in healing is more profound than the effect of mere supplications. Furthermore, supplication accompanied by the abandonment of obligatory acts bears no fruit, because one of the impediments to the acceptance of supplication is persistence in disobedience to Allah and the abandonment of obligatory acts. Therefore, it is obligatory for a person to perform what Allah has enjoined upon him, and what has been mentioned is not an excuse for the non-performance of duties."
