Is working in human resources and appointing accountants for usurious banks considered a sin?

It is forbidden for the company and the accountant to deal with usury, to write it, or to assist in it, due to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: "Allah has cursed the one who consumes Riba (usury), the one who gives it, the one who writes it, and the two witnesses to it," and he said, "They are all equal." As for working in Human Resources and appointing employees, including the accountant, even if the accountant deals with usury, his appointment is considered an indirect and unintended assistance to usury, which is permissible. The Human Resources manager did not directly assist the accountant in usury; rather, he appointed him to carry out accounting tasks that include many essential works for the company. His work is permissible even if the company deals with usury, as long as the Human Resources manager avoids any direct indication of usury.
