Does sorcery change divine decree and destiny?

Magic does not alter Allah's decree and destiny; rather, it is a part of it. What befalls a person in terms of magic is from what Allah has decreed and predestined, as Allah Almighty says: "No disaster strikes upon the earth or among yourselves except that it is in a register before We create it—indeed that, for Allah, is easy." So, all calamities are written before the creation of people and the occurrence of these calamities.
