How can a husband be absolved from the triple oath of divorce he swore regarding his wife not going to her family, knowing that he followed it with another oath regarding her not going except with his knowledge, and his intention was permission, not absolute prohibition?

If a husband swears by triple divorce that his wife will never visit her family, and will not go anywhere except with his permission and knowledge, and then the wife disobeys this:

According to the majority of scholars (including the four Madhhabs): The triple divorce takes effect, and the wife becomes unlawful for her husband. This oath cannot be annulled. She does not become lawful for him again unless she marries another husband through a valid marriage of desire and he divorces her after consummating the marriage. If he then remarries her, the oath concerning the second matter is annulled. According to Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah: If the husband did not intend to issue a divorce, he is liable for an expiation for an oath (if he broke one condition) or two expiations for an oath (if he broke both conditions).

A husband should not prevent his wife from visiting her family to maintain kinship ties, unless visiting them leads to a recognized harm.
