What is the meaning of the noble Hadith: "This religion is strong, so enter into it gently, and do not make the worship of Allah hateful to yourselves, for the one who overstrains himself neither covers ground nor spares his mount"?

The hadith (definition), "Indeed, this religion is firm, so enter into it gently, and do not be extreme so that you are not cut off," was declared weak by Al-Ajlouni and Al-Albani. However, the first part, "Indeed, this religion is firm, so enter into it gently," was narrated by Ahmad and declared good by Al-Albani. Its meaning is that the religion is strong and firm, so one must proceed in it gently and without extremism or burdening oneself with what it cannot bear, so that one does not become bored or weary and thus cease worship. Al-munbatt (the one cut off) is someone whose journey was interrupted and who could not fulfill his need.
