Is it true that whoever recites Surat Al-Ikhlas (Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad) 3626 times while in a state of ritual purity (wudu'), facing the Qiblah, and without speaking, Allah will fulfill their need, no matter how great, as stated in the book "Mafatih Al-Faraj"?

Reciting the Quran is among the greatest acts of worship, and Surat Al-Ikhlas is mighty because it encompasses the Oneness of God. Specifying the recitation of a particular surah a certain number of times for a specific purpose is not permissible unless it has been reported from the Prophet (peace be upon him). Allah only accepts worship that is sincerely for His sake and conforms to His law.
