What is the ruling on bleaching the eyebrows, and does it fall under the ruling on plucking (namṣ) and the curse associated with it, knowing that bleaching means dyeing the upper and lower parts of the eyebrow with a lighter color to make the middle part appear darker?

"It appears that bleaching is permissible because there is no text that prohibits it, and the default ruling for things is permissibility. It does not involve altering Allah's creation and is not considered 'namṣ' (plucking eyebrows). The conditions are that it should not involve imitating disbelieving women or deceiving a suitor.
