The answer

Allah blessed the Ummah by sending the Messenger Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, who refined its morals and educated it. He changed beliefs, behaviors, and dealings, removed injustice, disunity, and pre-Islamic tribalism, and shaped society on the foundations of piety, benevolence, and harmony. An example of this is the story of Jarir ibn Abdullah al-Bajali, who bought a horse for three hundred [dirhams], but he saw that the horse was worth more. So he kept increasing the price for the seller until he gave him eight hundred, and that was due to his being influenced by his pledge of allegiance to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, to be sincere to every Muslim.
