Is it permissible to pay a bribe to an intermediary in order to annul a ruling of termination from employment at the bank?

Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Sharia judiciary. Unlawful bribery is what is given to invalidate a right or to attain something false, and it is considered one of the major sins. As for what a person gives to attain a right or to ward off injustice from himself, it is not considered unlawful bribery on the part of the giver, but it is unlawful for the recipient.
