You must initiate sincere repentance to Allah Almighty from sins, abandoning them, regretting them, and resolving not to return to them. As for marriage with the intention of divorce, it is permissible according to most scholars, especially if there is a need for it, and there is no objection to this marriage being a Misyar marriage.
