I work in the private sector and I am pregnant. I have a paid maternity leave of three months. I want to leave work after childbirth. Is it permissible for me to take maternity leave and then submit my resignation, or must I resign before childbirth since I will not return to work afterwards?

It is permissible to take paid maternity leave for three months even with the intention of resigning afterward, because it is due by virtue of the contract, unless the labor system stipulates otherwise.
