What is the ruling on a woman working in national companies, and is it permissible to resign from work to please one's parents?

The fundamental principle regarding a woman's work is permissibility, provided it adheres to the restrictions of Islamic law. If any of these restrictions are violated, her work becomes impermissible. Obedience to parents is obligatory, but it is conditioned by what is good and reasonable. Therefore, if the work violates Islamic restrictions, it is not permissible to continue with it, nor is it permissible to obey the parent in that regard. However, if the work does not violate any restrictions, then it is preferable to obey the parent and avoid displeasing them.
