Is it permissible to pray in a musalla located above a wedding hall?

It is permissible to establish prayer areas (musallas) in any pure place where prayer is not prohibited. However, one should not pray in a place where the worshiper is exposed to noise and distractions, especially if these are forbidden, such as musical instruments. Therefore, prayer in such a place is discouraged if there is something that distracts the worshiper's mind, especially if they are exposed to hearing what is forbidden. But if there is nothing of the sort, then there is no harm in praying in this prayer area.
