Is it permissible for an employee to abstain from praying in the large prayer hall (musalla) designated for prayer in the ministry tower, and instead suffice with praying in the office with a small number of employees, on the pretext that it is a prayer hall and not a mosque?

Prayer areas in workplaces do not take on the ruling of mosques. Therefore, it is not forbidden for menstruating women or those in a state of major ritual impurity (junub) to enter them. The two rak'ahs for entering a mosque are not required there, and buying and selling are not prohibited within them. For this reason, employees are not obliged to pray in them, especially if they pray in congregation in their offices. Generally, it is better to pray in a place that has a larger congregation, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A man's prayer with another man is purer than his prayer alone, and his prayer with two men is purer than his prayer with one man, and whatever is more is more beloved to Allah, the Mighty and Majestic."
