Is it permissible to pray in the workplace prayer room where only the Dhuhr prayer is performed in congregation, knowing that the mosque is outside the workplace and requires using a car to reach it?

Islam encourages performing prayers in congregation, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever hears the call [to prayer] and does not respond, there is no prayer for him except for one with an excuse." The default is for prayers to be performed in the congregational mosque. However, if the mosque is far away, there is no harm in establishing a prayer room (musalla) at the workplace to perform prayers in congregation.
