Is it permissible for a husband who is over 65 years old and suffers from diabetes, and has a loyal wife for 30 years, to solicit his maids for themselves and ask them for a kiss or a massage under the pretext that they are "what your right hands possess," and what is the ruling of Islamic law on this act of his? And what is the legal solution to this problem, given that the wife cannot prevent the maids from entering his room or conversing with him?

It is not permissible for a man to touch his maid or be alone with her, because she is a non-mahram to him and not his property; she is hired by him and is a free woman.

He must fear Allah and know that he is accountable for his words and actions, as stated in the Almighty's saying: "And do not pursue that of which you have no knowledge. Indeed, the hearing, the sight, and the heart - all of those will be questioned."

The wife should explain this ruling to him.

It is preferable to dispense with maids to avoid problems. The wife should be patient with her husband, advise him with wisdom, and fulfill his desires.
