Is one who takes out a loan from an interest-based bank sinful due to the unavailability of Islamic financing conditions for obtaining a home, especially given the need for housing, difficult financial circumstances, and the wife's desire to have children?

It is not permissible for you to borrow with interest (riba), for the sustenance of children is guaranteed by Allah. Allah Almighty said: (And how many a creature carries not its [own] sustenance. Allah provides for it and for you). Strive to earn your sustenance through lawful means and beware of usury (riba), for "a soul will not die until it completes its term and receives all its sustenance." And whoever abandons something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better, and whoever fears Allah, Allah will make his matter easy and provide for him from where he does not expect. Allah Almighty said: (And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect).
