Is a single divorce pronounced when a man, joking, says to his wife: "You are divorc-ed" -imitating the Egyptian dialect- given that he has already consummated the marriage and caressed her without penetration?

The divorce of one who is joking is effective. The clear utterance of the word "divorced" (طالئ) in divorce brings it about. If you had a private moment (khalwa) with your wife where sexual intercourse was customarily possible, some scholars consider this khalwa as consummation (dukhool). Consequently, you are able to take your wife back after this divorce. The revocation (rajʿa) is done by saying: "I have taken my wife back," or by sexual intercourse. An ordinary person must ask trustworthy scholars of knowledge when a matter arises for them.
