Is reciting Surat Al-Ikhlas 15 times after every prayer and its following remembrances considered a Bid'ah (innovation in religion)?

Surat Al-Ikhlas is great and is equivalent to one-third of the Quran. However, committing to reciting it a specific number of times at a specific time, such as consistently reciting it fifteen times after prayer, is an unlawful act, because it has no basis in the Sharia, and acts of worship are built upon divine injunction. Therefore, be diligent in performing the prescribed remembrances that have been authentically transmitted, and increase in general remembrance without committing to a number that has no basis in the Sharia.
