Are stories that involve a return to divine decree (al-Qada wal-Qadar), or in which events change due to supplication (Du'a), considered unlawful (haram)?

It appears that there is no impediment to postulating the reversal of time, and this does not contradict the belief in divine decree (Qada') and destiny (Qadar); for this imaginary postulate, if it were to occur, would be part of the divine decree.
