What is the ruling on the Rafidah Husseiniyas and what occurs within them, such as self-flagellation, scratching of faces, wailing, tearing of garments, striking with chains, and seeking aid from the dead and the Household of the Prophet?

This act is reprehensible and an innovation (bid'ah) that must be abandoned. It is not permissible to participate in it, nor to eat from the food offered therein, because the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and his Companions did not do so. As for seeking help from the dead and the Ahl al-Bayt (People of the Household), this is major shirk (polytheism) by the consensus of the scholars, based on the words of Allah the Almighty: (And whoever invokes, along with Allah, another deity of whom he has no proof – then his reckoning is only with his Lord. Indeed, the disbelievers will not succeed) [Qur'an 23:117]. It is obligatory to dedicate worship solely to Allah alone and to beware of seeking help from anyone other than Him, whether they are dead, absent, or inanimate objects. What is sacrificed on this occasion and distributed as drinks is a reprehensible innovation, and it is not permissible to participate in it, nor to eat from the sacrifices, nor to drink from the beverages. If the one who slaughters has slaughtered for other than Allah, then that is major shirk.
