What is the Maliki school's opinion on raising the hands to the shoulders when saying the takbir for bowing and rising from it, and when saying the takbir after standing up from the first tashahhud?

Imam Malik holds the permissibility of raising the hands only at the opening takbir (takbirat al-ihram). However, there is another narration attributed to him which aligns with the view of the majority of scholars, stating that hands should be raised at the beginning of the prayer, when bowing (ruku'), when rising from bowing, and when standing up from two rak'ahs. Al-Dasuqi mentioned that the apparent (stronger) view is to raise the hands in these positions due to the authentic hadiths that support it. This narration is more befitting of Imam Malik as it conforms to the explicit Prophetic Sunnah.
