Is ghusl required upon feeling the subsiding of desire and languor without the emission of semen due to taking medication?

Ghusl is not obligatory merely due to sexual desire without the emission of semen or the joining of the two circumcised parts (khitanayn); this is based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying, "Indeed, water [Ghusl] is from water [semen]," and his saying, "If the two circumcised parts meet and the glans disappears, Ghusl becomes obligatory."
