Is the deceased's mother obligated to share the deducted salary amount, which was recommended for the wife and daughter, with them, even though the son suffers from autism?

The mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of a lineal descendant. The wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant. The son and daughter receive the remainder by ta'sib (residuary inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females. As for the amount deducted from the deceased's salary, it is part of his employment entitlements and is included in the estate, to be distributed among the heirs according to Islamic law. It is not permissible to restrict it to some of them. If it is a grant from the state to the family of the deceased, then it is a gift to be disbursed as stipulated by the state. Matters of inheritance should be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation to ascertain the existence of wills, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
