Does the Prophet’s — peace and blessings be upon him — hadith about women whose heads are like the slanted humps of camels apply to the Turkish hijab, which is worn by placing a padded cap under the headscarf, and is this permissible?

The interpretation of the hadith "Their heads are like the humps of swaying Bactrian camels" means that women enlarge their heads with head coverings (khumur) and turbans, or by adding hair extensions, so they resemble the swaying humps of camels in their height. It was also said that "the swaying ones" are those who sway towards men and do not lower their gaze, or that they comb their hair in a way that resembles the humps of Bactrian camels in its height, gathering it on top of the head and leaning it to one side.
