Is it obligatory to slaughter a sheep for someone who had a wet dream and discharged fluid during Hajj, after she repented and fasted?

The expiatory fidyah (definition) is not obligatory due to the emission of semen (maniy) or prostatic fluid (madhiy) merely by thinking, according to the majority of scholars. This is because such emission is not a direct act (mubasharah). They cite the hadith (definition): "My Ummah is forgiven for mistakes, forgetfulness, and what their souls whisper to them, as long as they do not act upon it or speak of it." As for the Malikis, they consider the Hajj invalid if thinking leads to semen emission with persistence, and they obligate a sacrificial animal (hady) if it occurs merely by thinking or if madhiy is emitted in any case. The preponderant opinion is that of the majority.
