Is it more correct for someone who suffers from urinary incontinence and whose incontinence stops after midnight to pray 'Isha just before midnight, or to wait for the incontinence to stop even if the first half of the night has passed, as long as dawn has not broken, and what should he do if he wants to sleep and the incontinence has not stopped?

A person suffering from incontinence ( سلس ) or a similar condition, if they know that their condition will stop for a duration within the prayer time that is sufficient for purification and prayer, must wait to pray during that time. However, if the cessation of the condition is unknown, they may pray whenever they wish. Sleeping before Isha is permissible if they know that the incontinence will cease after midnight, provided they take measures to wake up. Although it is preferable not to sleep before Isha, if sleep overcomes them and they are determined to pray, there is no harm.
