Should a person with intermittent urinary incontinence who missed a prayer, and its time has expired and the time for another prayer has begun, and he knows that the incontinence will decrease and may stop, hasten to perform the missed prayer and delay the current one, or delay both prayers, or hasten to perform them both?

A person suffering from سلس (urinary incontinence) either knows a time when their impurity ceases, sufficient for purification and prayer, in which case they must wait for that time to pray with valid purity. Or, they do not know when it will cease, in which case they should perform ablution (wudu') after the time for prayer begins and pray as much as they wish. If the سلس (incontinence) has a regular pattern of cessation for a period sufficient for prayer and purification, then performing the prayer during that time is obligatory, as it is a period when the prayer can be performed without excuse. If the prayer is missed due to an excuse, or if they follow an opinion that permits combining prayers, and the time for the next prayer has begun, then if they do not know a time when the impurity ceases, they should pray both prayers before the time for the second prayer expires, promptly praying after performing ablution. If they do know when it ceases, they should wait until that time comes to pray both prayers, unless they fear that the time for the second prayer will expire, in which case they should perform ablution and pray.
