What is the ruling concerning a husband who does not hold the Qur’an to read from it, does not maintain prayer on time or in the mosque congregation, stays up late with his friends playing cards, smoking, and engaging in idle talk, does not treat his parents well, and rejects advice? And what can the wife do with him?

Reading from the Mushaf (Qur'an) is commendable, and one must continuously engage with the Qur'an and not abandon it, lest it be forgotten, which would then be considered a sin.
