How can the ascension of Christ (peace be upon him) to heaven be proven, what are the Qur'anic and Hadithic evidences that support it, and how can the شبهات (misconceptions/ambiguities) of the Qadiyaniyya regarding the interpretation of the verse "بل رفعه الله" (Rather, Allah raised him) be refuted, specifically their claim that "raising" means honor, not physical ascension?

The Qadiani attempt to divert Muslims from their major disbelief. They have expatiated on the issue of the descent of the Messiah, and their leader, the boy [Mirza Ghulam Ahmad], claimed to be similar to the Messiah, then asserted that he was the Messiah himself, and that he was Muhammad, peace be upon him, who had returned to spread Islam, and that whoever disbelieved in him disbelieved in Muhammad, peace be upon him. The boy attempted to prove his prophethood by claiming miracles, but Allah exposed him in his false prophecies, such as his alleged marriage to a woman, his prophecy of the death of a Christian, his prediction that he would not die before 1920 CE, the non-arrival of the plague in Qadian, and his Mubahalah (mutual imprecation) with the scholar Thanaullah Amristari. Muslims believe that whoever claims prophethood after Muhammad, peace be upon him, is a disbeliever, and whoever alters the Sharia and makes Hajj to Qadian is a disbeliever, and whoever believes in the incarnation of Jesus in him is a disbeliever. The Qadianis also believe in transmigration of souls (Tanasukh) and incarnation (Hulul). The boy claimed that Allah was incarnated in him, likened Allah to creatures, and described Him with human attributes. The Quran and Sunnah affirm the ascension of the Messiah to heaven and his descent at the end of time, and that the word "raised" means ascension. The Federal Shariat Court of Pakistan ruled in 1984 CE that the Qadianis are disbelievers.
