Is the lessor of a place sinful if he rents a shop to a tenant for broadcasting satellite channels after the tenant stipulated to the lessor that he stop broadcasting prohibited channels upon learning of them?

If channels contain impermissible content, such as the appearance of unveiled women, lewd films, debased TV series, or content that promotes immorality or propagates ideas that contradict Islam, then broadcasting them or assisting in their broadcast is impermissible. Everyone who helps broadcast them is sinful, for Allah Almighty says: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." Any contract concluded for broadcasting such channels is null and void according to Islamic law. Widespread knowledge of the existence of impermissible content is sufficient grounds for annulling the contract. However, if the channels are free from impermissible content, then it is not permissible to annul the rental contract, for Allah Almighty says: "O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts."
