Would my conscience be cleared by stating the impermissibility of installing a satellite dish for a tenant of the mosque's rooms, given his insistence on installing it for matches and news, or must he be expelled if he installs channels of corruption?

It is not permissible to rent out a house to someone who will use it as a place for sin, because that constitutes cooperation in sin and aggression. However, if it is rented for a permissible purpose and then a sin is committed therein, the rental contract is valid, and the sin is upon the perpetrator, along with the obligation to advise him and warn him against renewing the contract if the sin is apparent. One should maintain a good opinion of a Muslim and not pry into his private affairs. If he is advised and states that there are no forbidden acts, then it is not permissible to spy on him.
