Marriage is the most effective means of achieving chastity for those who can afford it. For those who cannot, they should fast. Allah Almighty has promised help and richness to those who marry seeking chastity. It is advised to seek Allah's help, perform Istikhara (prayer for guidance), consult others, try to convince the mother about the marriage, continue studying, and seek the father's help with expenses. As for masturbation, there have been previous fatwas regarding it. It is recommended to review the treatise "Triumphing Over Masturbation" and consult doctors to learn about foods that stimulate desire and those that calm it. Not leaving the house does not solve the problem. Instead, it is advised to go to mosques, attend knowledge circles, engage in sports, serve one's parents, and help those in need.
