Is what I experience, namely the continuous emission of gas and fecal residue after a rectal excision surgery, which prevents me from performing Salah (prayer) with ritual purity outside the home, considered a case of سلس (incontinence)? And must I dispose of the diaper after every emission, given the difficulty of changing it outside the home?

If a person suffering from urinary incontinence is outside their home and fears that the time for prayer will expire, and they find it difficult or impossible to remove their diaper, they may combine the prayers that are typically combined (such as Dhuhr with Asr, and Maghrib with Isha) and pray them upon returning home after purifying themselves. However, if the prayer cannot be combined with another, such as Asr, and they know that they will not return home until after its time has expired, they must pray in their current state. It is not permissible to delay prayer beyond its prescribed time due to an impurity or a ritual defilement if it cannot be removed.
